Heard Mr. Dubey, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for the Respondent-State. 2.

Mr. Dubey, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that very limited relief has been sought by the Applicant to the effect that, DV Case No.307 of 2016 pending before the learned JMFC Andheri Court, Mumbai, be directed to be disposed of expeditiously. In view of the limited relief sought by the Applicant, it is not necessary to issue notice to the Respondents.

As the subject DV Case is of the year 2016, in the facts and circumstances, the learned JMFC Andheri Court, Mumbai is requested to expeditiously dispose of said DV Case No.307 of 2016, within a period of 18 months from today.

Accordingly, the Criminal Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
