That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for records and proceedings in respect of the order passed by the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, City Sessions Court, Mumbai in Spl. Case ACB No. 37 of 2019 and after examining the legality and validity of the order dated 14.01.2025, quash and set aside the order dated 14.01.2025."
