Issue Notice to the Respondent No.2 2.

Mr. Ashwin Rana, learned counsel appears and states that he has instructions to appear for the Respondent No.2. He undertakes to file his vakilpatra within a period of four weeks from today. He waives service of notice on the Respondent No.2. Learned counsel for the Applicants shall serve a copy of the Application on him.

8-apl-125-25 submitted that the parties are willing to explore a possibility of settlement through mediation. Therefore, the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Center of this Court on 04.11.2025 at 11:00a.m. The officer in charge of the mediation center shall appoint a suitable Counselor from their panel to make an attempt to bring about the settlement between the parties. To enable the mediation process to progress smoothly, ad-interim protection can be granted to the Applicants.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

i) Stand over to 15.12.2025.

ii) Till then, the Trial Court shall not proceed against the Applicants.

iii) All the rights and contentions of the parties are left open.

iv) In case of any difficulty, the parties can participate in the mediation process through video conferencing.
