By the present Application, the Applicant had sought for the following relief :- "A.
This Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 18th January 2025 (so far as it refuse to extend interim relief till next date and the clarification that there is no stay on the proceedings before the Trial Court) passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 2608 of 2024 in Criminal Revision Application No. 1019 of 2024 and direct the Hon'ble Sessions Judge to hear the parties on merits of Gitalaxmi

Mr. Shahbaz Pathan, learned Advocate for the Applicant tenders a copy of the common order dated 07.04.2025 passed by the Court of Sessions for Greater Mumbai, Branch at Mazgaon in Criminal Revision Application Nos. 975 of 2025, 1014 of 2024 and 1019 of 2024. He submits that in view of the said order dated 07.04.2025, the present Application before this Court has become infructuous. The order dated 07.04.2025 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

Mr. Gaurav Jhaveri, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2 submits that in view of the disposal of Criminal Revision Application Nos. 975 of 2025, 1014 of 2024 and 1019 of 2024, nothing survives in the present Application.

In view of the submissions made by Mr. Shahbaz Pathan, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Gaurav Jhaveri, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2 read with the common order dated 07.04.2025, nothing survives in the present Application, as such disposed of.
