After arguing the matter for sometime, Mr. Amol Jagtap, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application in order to file discharge application before the Trial Court. 2.

Criminal Application no.184 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn. Discharge application, if so filed, shall be adjudicated on merits by the Trial Court within a period of six months from today. All rights and contentions of the Applicant are kept open.
