P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, i.e. C.R. No. 953 of 2022 registered with Kondhwa Police Station, Pune, the police have reached to the conclusion that 'C-Summary Report' be filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate and it will be filed within a period of two weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.

2) In view of the statement made on behalf of the prosecution as recorded above, present Application for quashing of the said crime does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
