Office to tag all these matters together, because the Parties are the same. However, in Criminal Application No. 216 of 2025, the subject matter is different from the other two matters. 2.
In all these matters, the contesting Parties made a joint statement before the Court that, the Parties are willing to explore the possibility of the settlement through mediation. 3.
In Criminal Application No. 216 of 2025, issue notice to the Respondent No. 2. Learned Advocate Mr. Muley waives notice on behalf of the Respondent No. 2. He is permitted to file Vakalatnama within a period of four weeks from today.

Considering the stand taken by both the contesting Parties and also considering the fact that contesting Parties are relatives of each other, it would be desirable, if an attempt would be made by them to settle the matter through mediation.

Therefore in all these matters, the Parties are directed to

appear before the Mediation Centre of this Court on 07th April 2025 at 11.00 a.m. either by themselves or through their representatives. The Officer-in-charge of the Mediation Centre shall appoint a suitable mediator from the panel of Mediators to make an attempt to bring about the settlement between the Parties. 6.
In respect of the subject matter of Criminal Application No. 67 of 2022 and 68 of 2022, the trial Court shall not proceed against these applicants till the next date before this Court. 7.
