Mr. V. B. Konde Deshmukh, learned Addl. P. P. for the Respondent No.1-State on instructions of Mr. Santosh Shankar Rasam, Police Inspector attached to Tardeo Police Station states that chargesheet is ready to be filed and will be filed within two weeks from today. Learned Addl. P. P. request that, interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 14th November, 2025 be 2/3
vacated so as to enable the police to file chargesheet. 2.
Accordingly, since chargesheet is ready to be filed, we vacate the interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 14th November, 2025 and permit the police to file chargesheet within two weeks from today.

In view of statement made by learned Addl. P. P., the Applicant, who appears in person, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition after filing of chargesheet. The Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Needless to state, that all contentions of all the parties on merits are kept open.
