Ms. Sharvari Joshi, learned Advocate for the Applicants, submits that during pendency of these Applications, the Respondent No.1 has filed the charge-sheet. She, therefore,

(32&33) APL-226.25&227.25.DOCX craves leave to amend both these Applications by incorporating the ground challenging the charge-sheet and to produce the charge-sheet on record. The request not objected to by the learned APP for the Respondent/State and Mr. S J Khera, the learned Advocate for the Respondent No.2. 2.

In view of the no objection, leave granted to amend both these Applications to incorporate the ground challenging the charge-sheet and to produce the charge-sheet on record. The said exercise be undertaken within a period of two weeks as requested by Ms. Sharvari Joshi. Amended copy of the Applications and documents be furnished to the office of the learned APP and to Mr. S J Khera, the learned Advocate for the Respondent No.2 within three days thereafter. 3.

Mr S. J. Khera requests for leave to file reply to the amended Petition. Reply, if any, be filed within one week from the date of service of the amended Petition on the Respondents.
