The present application is filed only for the limited purpose for seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed by the Sessions Court vide order dated 17/1/2025 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 106/2025. The present applicant is seeking relaxation of only two conditions i.e. condition nos.4 and 7.

After the matter was argued for some time, on instructions, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not pressing for deletion of condition no.4 and as today is accepting the condition. The applicant is only seeking relaxation of condition no.7 which reads as under:-

Applicants shall not leave Mumbai without prior permission of this Court.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is resident of Calcutta and would attend the concerned police station on every Tuesday and Thursday, between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. until further orders.

The learned APP appearing for the State has not strongly opposed the relaxation of condition no. 7, as the applicant does not possess a passport and is willing to attend the concerned police station every Tuesday and Thursday, between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., until further orders.

In view of the above, condition no.7 hereby stands relaxed until further orders. Accordingly, the Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.

Rest of the order passed by the Sessions Court is unaltered. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.)
