P.C.:- 1) Advocate Ms. Dighe submitted that, in pursuance of Judgment dated 10th July, 2025, the Applicant has deposited the cost of Rs.1,00,000/- with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center within stipulated period.

2) Advocate Mr. Tripathi submitted that, in pursuance of the said Judgment dated 10th July, 2025, Respondent Nos.2 and 3 have also deposited the cost of Rs.2,00,000/- with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center within stipulated period. 1/2

ssm 2 5-apl233.2025.doc 3) The photocopies of bank transaction receipts issued by HDFC Bank indicating that, the said cost of Rs.1,00,000/- and Rs.2,00,000/- are deposited by the Applicant and Respondent Nos.2 and 3 respectively within stipulated period with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center are produced on record. 4) In view thereof, the directions issued by Judgment dated 10th July, 2025, are complied with.

5) Remove from Board.
