DATE : 25th AUGUST, 2025 P.C.:- 1) In pursuance of the Order dated 4th August, 2025, Legal Aid Services Committee, High Court, Bombay has appointed Advocate Ms.Kavita S.Anchan to represent Respondent No.2. Today in the morning session, Advocate Ms.Anchan appeared and submitted that, Respondent No.2 intends to appoint an Advocate of her own choice to espouse her cause and therefore she may be discharged from the case. Application was therefore kept back for consideration.

Respondent No.2 appeared in person and submitted that, she is not comfortable with the Advocate appointed by the Legal Aid Committee and intends to appoint Advocate at her own cost to espouse her cause. She submitted that, for the inconvenience caused to the Legal Aid Services Committee, High Court, Bombay, she is ready and willing to pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- to the said Committee within a period of two weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.

2) At the request of Respondent No.2, stand over to 15th September, 2025.
