As a condition for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application Nos. 929 of 2018 and 615 of 2018, the applicant was directed to make deposits. The applicant deposited Rs. 67,00,000/- through Demand Draft bearing No.048753 drawn on 4th June 2019 on Punjab & Maharashtra Co-op. Bank and Rs 6,89,000/- by cheque bearing no. 002177 drawn on 4th June 2019 on Punjab & Maharashtra Co-op. Bank.

In compliance of the order dated 6th August 2025 passed in the present writ petition, the petitioner and the respondent no.2 have deposited Rs 1,00,000/- each through the Demand Draft drawn in favour of Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund.

3. In view of the above, Criminal Application No.244 of 2025 is disposed of.
