2. In order to afford an opportunity to the Applicant/Advocate for the Applicant to appear before this court, list the matter on 23rd February 2026 under the caption "For Dismissal."

Ms. Shilpa Talhar, learned APP for the Respondent/State, submits that more than sufficient opportunity was afforded to the Applicant/Advocate for the Applicant to appear and argue the case. She submits that the absence of the Applicant/Advocate for the Applicant indicates that the Applicant is not interested in pursuing the matter, as such she insists for dismissal.

In view of above, Criminal application No. 275 of 2025 is dismissed for non-prosecution.
