Learned counsel for the Applicant invited our attention to the FIR and he argued the matter for some time. Learned APP produced the injury certificate for our perusal. When we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this application at this stage, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application, with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if and when the charge-sheet is filed.
