Both the learned counsel appearing for the contesting parties, on instructions, make a joint statement, that the parties are willing to explore a possibility of settlement through mediation. The Respondent No.2 is present in the Court.

Considering this request, it would be in the interest of parties that they explore a possibility of settlement through mediation. Therefore, the parties are directed to appear before Satish Sangar

4-APL-302-2025.odt the Mediation Centre of this Court at 11.00 a.m. on 3rd April 2025. The Officer in charge of the Mediation Centre shall appoint a suitable Mediator from their panel to make an attempt to bring about the settlement between the parties. 3.

Since the parties are referred to mediation, if the charge-sheet is filed in the mean time, the trial Court shall not proceed against the Applicants till the next date before this Court.
