No.57 of 2025, pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mira-Bhayandar, arising out of F.I.R. No.325 of 2024 dated 28th May 2024, registered with Navghar Police 1/2
bipin prithiani 29-apl-316.25.doc Station, Mira-Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar, Police Commissionerate, under Sections 498-A, 377, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, with the consent of Respondent No.2, the informant. 3) Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.2 tendered across the Bar her Affidavit dated 18th June 2025, duly affirmed before a Notary Public. It is stated therein that, Applicant No.1 and Respondent No.2 have amicably settled their disputes and Consent Terms dated 17th December 2024 are filed in Petition No. A-2144 of 2023 before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai. In paragraph 5 thereof, Respondent No.2 has given her consent for quashing of the present crime. 3.1) Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate, she reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 18th June 2025 and her 'no objection' for quashing of the crime in question. 4) In view thereof, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and amended prayer clause (a-1).
