Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant is aggrieved by the fact that, the Miscellaneous Application taken out by the applicant to execute the order passed by the learned Magistrate in Case No. 51/DV/2016 is not being expeditiously and effectively proceeded with. 3.
In this application, the applicant is seeking directions to the respondents to pay the arrears of maintenance as well as future maintenance. As the proceedings are pending before the learned Magistrate, this Court cannot entertain the prayers as the Court of first instance would do.

So far as the grievance of the applicant that, the order passed in varsha
29-wp-345-2025.doc case No. 51/DV/2016 is not being effectively executed, it would be suffice to request the learned Magistrate to hear the Miscellaneous Application No. 51 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible and pass orders in accordance with law.
