After arguing for sometime and after inviting our attention to the FIR, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief at this stage, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law as and when chargesheet is filed. 2.
