After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant the relief in this Application, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Application.

Permission is granted. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally.

Learned APP pointed out that the charge-sheet in this case is already filed. Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks liberty to prefer an Application for discharge before the trial Court.
