DATE : 28th MARCH, 2025 P.C. :- Mr.Desai, learned senior counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to handover his laptop of the company by Tuesday i.e. 1st April,2025 till 05:00 p.m. in the evening. The applicant is permitted to handover the company's laptop which he was using at the relevant time to the Investigating Officer by 1st April, 2025 by 5:00 p.m. The employer of the applicant (E & Y) to co-operate in this regard.

The applicant will not only handover the laptop but would also

Till the next date of the hearing, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant.
