Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant/Accused. 2.

This Court as per the order dated 8th April 2025 passed in Criminal Application No.380 of 2025 was pleased to direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge to decide the discharge Application preferably within 10 weeks from the date of filing. Today it is submitted that even though the Application was argued, the learned Judge was transferred prior to passing of the order and now it is argued before the new Judge and now it is fixed for passing of an order on 4 th September 2025.

The learned Judge vide his letter dated 12th June 2025 has Satish Sangar 1/2

1-APL-380-2025.doc informed that he will hear the discharge Application. But now it is heard. In view of that, 4 weeks' time is granted for disposing of the Application. Even though 4 weeks is granted, it does not mean that the learned trial Court Judge should wait till expiry of 4 weeks from today. He has already closed for orders.
