The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed a Revision Application bearing No.125 of 2024 before the Additional Sessions Judge, 9th Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai. It is stated that arguments were concluded on 19 October 2024. However, no order has been passed till date. The applicant, therefore, seeks a direction to the Revisional Court for expeditious disposal of the said application. 2.
