By this application, the applicant essentially seeks quashing Wakodikar 1/2
7-APL-464-2025.doc of the FIR registered vide C.R.No.1850 of 2024 with the Mumbra Police Station, Thane, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
Mrs. Shinde, learned Addl.P.P, on instructions of API - Mr. Ganesh Jadhav, who is present in Court, states that the Police, after investigation, have filed a "C" Summary Report in the aforesaid C.R. A copy of the said report is taken on record. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid application.
