DATED : 17th SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) This Application is listed on board at the instance of the learned Counsel for the Applicant. The matter was due to be listed on 16th September, 2025 as is reflected in the Order dated 17th July, 2025. However, the matter was not listed and therefore, the ad-interim relief granted in his favour vide the Order dated 28th April, 2025 could not be continued. Therefore, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner got the matter circulated for direction. Learned Counsel also submitted that in this case, the cognizance is already taken. Therefore, he needs to challenge the Order taking cognizance. He seeks leave to amend for the following purposes:- (i) To annex a copy of the Order of taking cognizance. 1/2

(iii) To add the corresponding grounds challenging the Order of taking cognizance.
2) Leave to amend for that purpose is granted.
3) Amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
4) After the amendment is carried out, in view of the Order dated 11th September, 2025 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.3901 of 2021 and the Order dated 9th September, 2025 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.2056 of 2025, the matter would now lie before the appropriate Single Judge Bench. Therefore, office to take steps to place this matter before the appropriate Single Judge Bench of this Court. 5) The ad-interim relief, granted earlier, shall continue for a period of 8 weeks from today.
