Although the aforesaid application was disposed of vide oral judgment dated 2nd December 2025, the same is kept today, for recording compliance of the order of deposit of sum of Rs.10,000/-by each of the applicant as well as respondent No.3, with the Mumbai Police Welfare Fund.
