Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant and learned APP. This application is filed to challenge the Committal order passed by the learned Magistrate. The case was committed to the Sessions Court. The grievances are the said committal order was passed as per the provisions of Section 44(1)(c) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 2.
There was a discharge application filed by the Applicant. Because Sessions Court is seized of the case, the submission is arguments are also heard and now the matter is fixed for passing of order. On this background, Applicant do not want to prosecute this
