I have heard Mr. Ramrakhiani, applicant in person and Ms. P.P. Bhosale, learned APP for respondent - State.

On a perusal of the application, I find that an order is passed on 15 April 2025 by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kalyan directing notice to be issued to the applicant for offences punishable under sections 318(4), 316(2), 336(2), 338, 340(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 29 and 45 of the Advocates Act, 1961.

Pursuant to the said order dated 15 April 2025, a letter was addressed to the present applicant by the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kalyan, directing him to appear on 21 July 2025. This is followed Mayur

3-APL-571-2025.doc by another order dated 23 April 2025 calling upon the applicant to appear on 9 June 2025. The applicant would rely on an email dated 8 May 2025 received from U.S. Consulate General Mumbai, revoking his US visa. The applicant has several such other grievances which he has ventilated through this application. The learned APP has taken instructions after the matter was heard for some time in the morning session to state that the applicant to pursue appropriate remedies in this regard. The applicant is at liberty to pursue the remedies as available to him in law as far as the other reliefs sought for in the application are concerned. It is made clear that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of this proceedings. 4.

As noted above, there is no iminent urgency in these proceedings. 5.
