Mr. Mane, learned Advocate for the Applicants seeks leave to amend this Criminal Application to challenge the order dated 27th June 2025 by which Charges have been framed in the matter.

Mr. Patil, learned advocate appearing for Respondent no.2 opposes the Application and submits that an alternate remedy is available to the Applicants to challenge the order framing Charges by filing a Revision Application. He 1/2 14-APL-578-2025.doc Dixit

further submits that the amendment application is only to delay the trial which is already at the stage of recording of evidence. 3.

After hearing the learned advocates for the parties, liberty is granted to the Applicants to amend this Criminal Application to bring on record the necessary orders and to amend the prayers and incorporate all consequential amendments. The amendment shall be carried out within two weeks and the amended copies of the Application shall be served on the Respondents. 4.

The amendment is permitted on the statement of the Applicants' advocate that no adjournment will be taken by the Applicants before the trial Court.

It is clarified that there is no stay of the proceedings before the trial Court. All rights and contentions of the Respondents are kept open, to be agitated as and when this Criminal Application is amended. 6.

List the matter on 20th April 2026.
