By the present Application, the Applicants have sought for the following substantive relief :- "(b) This Hon'ble Court be please to quash the proceedings pending before Ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kalyan at Kalyan in RCC no.814 of 2022 arising from FIR vide C.R. No.294 of 2022 registered with the Khadakpada Police Station, Kalyan dated 22nd July, 2022 and subsequent framing of charges against the Applicants by an order dated 27th June 2025, for the offence punishable under section 323, 498A, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code."

Mr. Mangesh Mane, learned Advocate for the Applicants, on instructions from the Applicants, craves leave to withdraw the present Criminal Application.
