P.C.:- 1) Applicants i.e. husband (Applicant No.1); father-in-law (Applicant No.2); mother-in-law (Applicant No.3) and brother-in-law (Applicant No.4) of the Respondent No.2, have filed this Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of C.C. No.6701102/PW/2021, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate First Class (Court No.67), Borivali, Mumbai, arising out of C. R. No.698 of 2019, registered with Dindoshi Police Station, Mumbai, dated 20th December 2019, under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian 1/2

APL 647-25.doc Penal Code, with the consent of the Respondent No.2, the informant. 2) Mr. Saraogi, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent No.2 submitted that, the disputes and differences between the Applicants and Respondent No.2 have been amicably settled and the Respondent No. 2 has already filed an Affidavit dated 9th May 2025, duly affirmed before a Notary Public, thereby giving her consent and no objection for quashing of the said case. It is stated therein that, the said crime was registered at the heat of the moment and the misunderstanding between the Applicants and Respondent No.2 herein.
2.1) The Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 9th May 2025 and her 'No Objection' for quashing of the crime in question. 3) In view thereof, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (C) and (D).
