By the present application the Applicant has sought for the following relief in terms of prayer clause (a):- (a) This Hon'ble Court in exercise of its inherent jurisdiction u/s. 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash the orders dated 02.06.2025 and all subsequent orders passed in Remand Application NDPS No.512 of 2025 arising out of C.R. No. 09 of 2025 pending before the Ld. Sessions Court, Mumbai against the Applicant. 2.

Ms. Ashwini Achari, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that during the pendency of this application the Applicant has been enlarged on regular bail by the learned Trial Court. She therefore SUB
