Perusal of the Conveyance Deed dated 16th March 2025 clearly indicates that, the clause which was alleged to have subsequently inserted 1/2

APL 677-25 & APL 679-25.doc by the Applicants was very much there in the said document at the time of its registration before the Sub-Registrar of Assurances, Solapur. 3.1 The contention of Respondent No.2 that, the said clause was not in the draft, however, it was inserted at the time of the registration, prima facie, cannot be accepted.

3.2 Respondent No.2, informant claims to be in the construction business and is running a firm namely 'Tejas Associates". He has signed the said document in English.

Till the returnable date, the investigation of the crime to continue, however, the Investigating Agency shall not file charge-sheet without prior leave of this Court.
