DATE : 4th JULY 2025 P.C.:- 1) We have heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants and perused the record of investigation. We had expressed our prima facie view regarding material collected by the Police during the course of investigation. The said fact was pointed out to the Advocate for the Applicant. Despite the said fact, he continued with his tirade and argued the matter for more than ten minutes, wasting precious time of this Court. This Court was therefore inclined to pass Order on merits, rejecting the Application.
