1) Husband (Applicant No.1), father-in-law (Applicant No.2) and mother-in-law (Applicant No.3) of Respondent No.2 have filed this Application under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code for quashing of R.C.C. No. 188 of 2023 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (Court No.2), Dindori, District Nashik, arising out of CR No. 0329 of 2022, dated 24th September 2022, registered with Dindori Police Station, District Nashik, under 1/2

RVC 16-Apl-701-2025.doc Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, with the consent of Respondent No.2, the informant.

2) Mr. Vasekar, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.2 tendered across the bar her Affidavit cum Undertaking dated 17th July 2025 giving unconditional and irrevocable consent to quash the said case. It is stated therein that, the Applicant No.1 and Respondent No.2 have filed a Petition for divorce by mutual consent before the Court of competent jurisdiction. In para No.5 thereof, the Respondent No.2 has given her no objection for quashing of the crime in question.

2.1) Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 17th July 2025 and her 'no objection' for quashing of the said case.
