1.1) The said Order passed in the case of Ms. Sunita Pankaj Shah (Supra) has not been interfered with by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Criminal) Diary No(s).40340 of 2024 by its Order dated 11th November, 2024.
