The learned Special Judge has rejected the discharge application as per order dated 18.03.2025. The said order is under challenge. In fact, in the orders passed by the MPID Court, there is a provision for an appeal.

It is contended that the Applicant has relied upon some external documents which are not part of the charge-sheet and that is why the Criminal Application is maintainable.
