Heard Mr. Joshi, learned Advocate for the Applicants and Ms. Tendulkar, learned APP for the Respondent - State. 2.

The challenge in this Application is to the Order dated 11.04.2025 passed below Exh. 69 in Sessions Case No. 20 of 2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli refusing discharge prayer made by the Applicants. In fact, they are witnesses in the first Charge-sheet which was filed earlier and the trial in the first Charge-sheet is at advanced stage.

In the second Charge-sheet, the Magistrate's Court has passed an Order of committal on 26.10.2018. After committal of case, the Anand

6. APL 739-2025.doc learned Sessions Judge has clubbed both these Charge-sheets. The Order of committal and clubbing of both these Charge-sheets is the subject matter of Cri. Application No. 1877 of 2024 and Cri. Application No. 168 of 2025. Today, they are not listed. 4.
