DATED : 15th OCTOBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) There was disturbance in the Video Conferencing. It was not possible to communicate clearly with the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2. The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 raised serious concern about the decree obtained in the Family Court. Therefore, the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 and the Respondent No.2 herself shall remain present before the Court. 2) Till then, the trial Court shall not proceed against the Applicants.
