The officer in charge of the Mediation center of this Court shall appoint a suitable Counselor from their panel to make an attempt to bring about the settlement between the parties. To enable the mediation process to progress smoothly, the learned J.M.F.C., Ulhasnagar shall not proceed with the Trial in R.C.C.No.487 of 2019 till the next date before this Court. 4.

Stand over to 03.12.2025.
