A report on mediation in a sealed cover has been received. The learned Mediator reported that the mediation could not succeed. The report is again kept in a sealed cover and sent back to Mediator for keeping the records.

Now the matter is at the stage of framing of the charge. 3.

In that view of the matter, Mr. Sandesh D. Inamdarshinde, the learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to explore the remedy as available to the applicants including challenging the order taking cognizance or any other further order passed by the Court concerned within a period of four weeks and till then the interim order dated 18th September 2025 shall continue to operate in their favour.
