P.C.:- 1) The Superintendent of Police, Solapur, is directed to file his detailed reply to the Application.

2) We direct the Superintendent of Police, to explain as to why though a cognizable offence was disclosed by the Respondent No.2, the concerned Police Officer lodged Non-cognizable Report on 21st May 2024, thereby shrugging off lawful responsibility in registration of a crime. If the lodgment of the Non-cognizable Report was a right step adopted by the concerned Officer, then why after a lapse of 40 days, crime on the same set of facts is registered.

3) In the meantime, issue notice to the Respondent No.2, returnable on 4th September 2025.
