When this matter was called out today, names of the Applicants as well as name of their Advocate shown on the file (i.e. Mr. Abid R. Shaikh) were called by the Sheristedar in the open Court. Despite calling their names, none appeared, either physically or through Video Conferencing mode. 2.

This Criminal Application is circulated on the grounds mentioned in the praecipe dated 12.02.2026. The said praecipe is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The reason for circulation of this Criminal Application is to seek leave for carrying out amendment to incorporate additional grounds to challenge the charge-sheet and to produce the copy of charge-sheet

Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that as the request is for amendment, he leaves the matter to the Court.

Request made by the Applicants to carry out amendment in the Memo of Criminal Application to incorporate additional grounds to challenge the charge-sheet and to produce the copy of charge-sheet on record, is granted.

Amendment be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from today and the copy of charge-sheet be produced on record within same time.

Upon amendment being carried out, amended copy of the Criminal Application along with the copy of charge-sheet be furnished to the office of learned A.P.P. within a period of 3 days thereafter.

In the event the Applicants fail to comply with the time line, this Criminal Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

8.

If the amendment is carried out and the copy of charge-sheet is produced on record within the specified time, list the matter on 29th June 2026 for consideration.
