He, therefore, on instructions from the Applicants, craves leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file composite Application against the impugned FIR, charge-sheet and the order taking cognizance passed by the Court. Mr. Rajesh Desai relies upon the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Pradnya Pranjal Kulkarni Vs. State of Maharashtra1 2025 SCC OnLine Bom 4986.
