C. :- 1) Learned Advocate for the Applicants on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 20th August 2025, the Applicants have deposited the said cost of Rs. 1,50,000/- and Respondent No.3 has deposited cost of Rs. 50,000/- with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund, within stipulated period.

2) A praecipe dated 9th September 2025 alongwith a photocopy of the transaction receipt of AU Small Finance Bank indicating that the said amount is deposited in the concerned bank account, is produced on record. 3) In view thereof, the directions issued by Order dated 20th August 2025 are complied with.

4) Remove from board.
