Palghar, for the offences punishable u/s 420 I.P.C. be quashed in the interest of justice; D] Pending hearing and final disposal of this application/proceeding/inquiry/framing of charge/all consequential development in the R.C.C. no-1360/2024 pending before ld Magistrate First class Vasai Dist-Palghar arising out of C.R. no-466/2023 registered at Tulinj Police Station, DistPalghar, for the offences punishable u/s 420 of I.P.C. be stayed. E] Any other relief for which the present petitioner are entitled for, be granted in the interest of justice. 2.

In view of the fact that cognizance of the offence has been taken by the Court concerned, Mr. Abhishek Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the learned single Judge of this Court.
