Since the Registry has not placed before us a copy of the aforesaid petition, learned Counsel for the petitioner has furnished copies of the same. The said copies are taken on record. 2.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of the FIR registered vide C.R.No. 293 of 2025 with the Khadak Wakodikar 1/2

903-APL-946-2025.doc Police Station, Pune, against the applicant therein, for the offences punishable under Section 3 of the Police (Incitement to disaffection) Act, 1922 and Sections 212, 217 and 224 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the Police have taken a decision to file a closure report in the aforesaid C.R. Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. 4.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
