By the present Application, Applicants have sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (A) : "A.

By allowing this application, FIR No.0115/2022 dated 16.06.2022 registered with Chawani Police Station, Malegaon District Nashik under sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 323, 504, 506 may kindly be quashed and set aside."

Mr. Chaitanya Deshpande, Advocate for the Applicants on instructions from the Applicants craves leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. Request made by Mr. Deshpande is not objected to by Mr. Prasanna Malshe, learned APP for the State.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw the Application with liberty to file application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. If an application seeking discharge is filed before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.

Criminal Application No. 968 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn.
