By the present Application, the Applicant had sought for the following substantive reliefs :- "a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and / or set aside F.I.R dated 04.07.2025 bearing C. R. No. 0122 of 2025 registered for offence under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of The Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Section 351(2), 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at the Vashind Police Station on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice;"

Mr. Tanveer Khan learned APP for the State, on instructions from Mr. M. N. Ambaji PSI, Vasind Police Station, who is present in Court, states that Respondent No. 1 upon investigation has filed a 'B' Summary report dated 14th November, 2025.
