This matter has been produced for Speaking to the Minutes of the oral judgment dated 8th December 2025. Learned counsel for the applicants and the respondent No.2 jointly submit that, there is an inadvertent error in the facts mentioned in para 6 of the aforesaid judgment. He states that in the 8th line of para 6, it has been inadvertently mentioned that 'Respondent No.2 has received amount as per the consent terms', instead of N. S. Chitnis 1/2

501-APL.1007.2025.doc 'Defendant No.10 in the aforesaid Commercial Suit No.180 of 2022 is to receive the amount as per the consent terms'. Necessary correction be carried out by substituting 'Defendant No.10 in the aforesaid Commercial Suit No.180 of 2022 is to receive the amount as per the consent terms' in the 8th line of para 6 of the oral judgment dated 8th December 2025. Rest of the oral judgment dated 8th December 2025, to remain as it is. Ordered accordingly.
